Naturally, we do everything possible to provide you with care in the most careful and professional manner. Our staff strictly adhere to the professional code of conduct as established by the Netherlands Chiropractors Association (NCA) and the Stichting Chiropractie Nederland (SCN). In addition, our staff are bound by internal protocols.
If, despite this, you are not satisfied with the handling of your request for care, we invite you to make your complaint known. This can be done by telephone, in person, or via email. The treating chiropractor will be informed immediately and will subsequently contact you. In mutual consultation, we will try to arrive at an appropriate solution that all parties involved can agree on. You may also contact the NCA’s complaints officer.
If, in your opinion, no satisfactory solution has been found for your complaint despite repeated contact, you have the option to submit a formal complaint to the professional association (NCA). At that point, the complaint will be further handled there and the association’s complaints procedures will come into effect. In such cases, we will provide you with the NCA complaints protocol and offer all necessary cooperation.
